It depends where you preorder them. Fortunally i never had bad experiences i even remembered the NES launch. I got it earlier because a salesman did a releasebreak. That was a party the whole night when i was a Kid. Friends where there. It was an amazing new feeling. Unfortunally on launch day, some days later his console did not arrive because of delivery problems. He had to wait a full month. He was at my place very often playing Super Mario. It was a hell of fun.
