If hardware power mattered as much as some of these posters claim, then Sony wouldn't be struggling to move their base to PS5 and Xbox series wouldn't be imploding. Hardware power is precisely why both brands are in the situation they are in. Hardware power is causing the pricing issues and games take longer to make trying to take advantage of the hardware power. Nintendo isn't looking at PS and Xbox as something to follow. Graphics are getting to the point where they are good enough for millions of consumers and the pricing is hitting the upper limits. Nintendo should keep it under control to the best of their ability and continue to aim for growth. Real growth, not inflation driven revenue growth.
