honestly this is the best Trump can do at this point, he needs to keep blaming Biden for the letting the war happen, he failed his promise to stop the war in 24 hours, and apprently he realised that Europe will not give up on Ukraine, and supporting Ukraine is definitely in America's best intrerests

he cannot make a U-turn out of nowhere, so he had to prepare the ground by making positive statements about Russia's culture and history, in order to sound reasonable when blaming Putin for keeping the war going, and be able justify more sanctions and Ukraine support through the back door

Trump saying that Russian economy is in trouble is huge on its own, I wonder if any Russian sheep will start to wake up after this
