Good question! Answer to that is simply "We don't know".
I do know that the GPU can read data in the CPU cache, but the reverse doesn't hold true... And Tegra Orin has a fairly chunky 6MB cache for the 8-core processor, so that bodes well.
The GPU itself has a fairly conservative 4MB of cache.
I guess Nintendo is betting on DLSS, Delta Colour Comrpession and Compute Data Compression to make up the difference... Which should provide bandwidth increases of about 50-70% compared to Switch 1.0 if everything else is kept equal... Still not enough for 1080P as Tegra Orin is doing a LOT more things behind the scenes with Ray Tracing and Tensor operations.
Just need more details before we can get any real idea.
