If those specs are true, Handheld mode is much better than PS4 - Ampere is vastly superior to GCN1.
Not sure if that 1007,3 MHz in Docked is fixed, or it can boost further - i.e., weakest 3050 (with 2304 CUDA cores) has core clock of 1042MHz, but it can boost up to 1470MHz, so maybe SW2 can do that as well.
