They better keep all the shit like eating too much making you fat, Lol. Anyone complaining about it ruining their character can cry about it, that's Fable and it was easy to "fix" anyway, also deaths causing scars, in fact I hope they double down on this stuff but in a world full with magic, everything can be fixed with a potion, imagine like your character gaining a broken nose 
I was disappointed with the good and evil changes in Fable because it was like "Oh that's awesome, I can become like an angel or demon" but the actual physical changes felt so undercooked and a little pointless but I'm fine with no angel/demon system but I feel like they could do a lot more with how the world and your actions in it change your character. Give me a deeper real estate system and deeper job system too.
