Definitely feels like 2025 might be a bit too stacked with 10 games, so I wouldn't be surprised if at least one of the 10 gets pushed into 2026. As it stands right now, if those are the 10 games for 2025, 2026 would likely have:

-Clockwork Revolution
-State of Decay 3
-Perfect Dark
-CoD Infinity Ward

Additionally 2026 could possibly have these:
-Everwild (if it's development hell is finally about over)
-Contraband (if it's development hell is finally about over)
-Project Mara
-Marvel's Blade (possibly, 2026 is 5 years since Arkane Lyon's Deathloop, though we don't know how soon after Deathloop the Marvel deal was signed)
-Project Kestrel from Zenimax Online (which began development in 2018 and had the 2nd satellite studio opened to work on it by 2020)

Everwild development been smooth for over a year now according to insiders, I think a British journalist close to Rare said so, I forgot his name, Andy Robinson? Someone said Everwild has been going smooth for a while now and they have a lot of faith in Gregg Mayles, I'm pretty sure we'll see it again soon and the development is full steam ahead.

But XGSP has a lot of unannounced stuff and a few already leaked things, I think 2026 will be fine but yeah there could be some a couple delays into 2026 from 2025 with how stacked it is but I think a lot of this depends on where GTA 6 lands. If GTA 6 delays into early 26 then they may rather stick to stacking 2025 even if some stuff needs a few months extra polishing.

Jez said State of Decay 3 was planned for 2025 but moved to 2026 so I imagine that's first half of 2026.
