Most of it is marketing fluff but the one thing they clarified was FSR 4 won't be exclusive to just 9070 model but rather it will work with other RDNA4 models as well. They might try and back-port it into RDNA 3/2 but it's highly dependent on the ML capabilities of those GPUs as the ML uplift of RDNA 4 is significant so it won't happen during launch if at all.
They also said they are focusing on value and stuff but that's marketing.
