It's a real shame as no one is going to spend $500 on a CPU and then $250 on a GPU for gaming, and that puts the B580 a really bad spot in CPU demanding games. I don't even want to see how it would fare on a game like Civilization or Stellaris with all those background calculations.

I hope Intel find the root and manages to fix it.

Yeah, some of these results on lower end CPU's could be considered "performs like crap" so I wasn't sure if that was the reason.

It's suspected to be a driver issue, so perhaps Intel can do something about this.
And hopefully they do in that case, because a lot of their customers would likely have an older CPU.

This is a shame to see. It looked like such a home run for Intel.
