Saturn for me but of the choices posted by OP. Easily PS1. However Saturn is my fave console of the era and brings me comfort so that would be my first choice. I truly think Saturn is the second best console that generation. Yes N64 had some groundbreaking games but it's just so few. Saturn Japanese library is so amazing and varied. PS1 you will never run out of stuff to play if you had every game for it. If you need 4-6 players you can always use the multitap for PS1 or Saturn and Saturn may not have MK but it does have Saturn Bomberman the best game in the series with up to 10 players.
