I think 100% heterosexuals, homosexuals and "asexuals" exist... the fact that there are asexuals that don't seem to have had any sort of trauma seem to suggest that.
it's just very, very rare to the point of where it's stupid to even have labels for and the labels should just apply to sex acts.
Not even saying that most people would sleep with someone of the same sex, but that they still have some "level" of homosexuality in them that is more recognizable when people don't have such a stigmata attached to it.
Someone may be 80% "straight" and have like a 25% "gay" rating to them for example. 25% really isn't enough to do anything except maybe look a second too long and that buff shirtless jogger.
Etc.
I mean... look at a culture like the Spartans... where it was basically expected(for men)... when you were a young man you were expected to have a "gay" relationship with a older man starting at like 12-16... then when you were an older man, you would marry a 12-16 year old woman... and when you got even older you would start having relationships with 12 year old me.
Really the perfect system for bisexual men. Men perferring to have younger lovers anwyay.
This system in a way men were always given younger lovers of both sexes.
It also used to be fairly common to my undersanding during the victorian era for married women who were perfectly straight to "get it on" with each other as something to do...
Or... for example, the old stories (no clue if they are true) about all mail boats often engaging in gay sex out at sea. Unlike Prison where there is the whole must prove dominance thing that gets in the way of it...
Eh, i'm just rambling... but i think you get what i mean.
