A major exchange between Ukraine and Russia took place on the Belarusian border: 189 Ukrainians are now home, with the UAE acting as a mediator. This 11th exchange of 2024 freed 87 servicemen of the AFU (17 from Territorial Defense), 43 National Guard, and 33 Border Guard.
