Five journalists reported killed in Israeli strike on news organisation’s car in Gaza

The Quds News Network said an Israeli strike targeted a satellite broadcast vehicle belonging to the Al-Quds Today channel in front of the al-Awda Hospital in central Gaza’s Nuseirat refugee camp.

Five journalists were killed, the news organisation said.



Quds News Network names journalists killed in Israeli attack

The Palestinian news organisation has named the five journalists killed a short time ago in an Israeli air strike on an Al-Quds Today channel vehicle in front of the al-Awda Hospital in central Gaza.

The five slain journalists were identified as Fadi Hassouna, Ibrahim al-Sheikh Ali, Mohammed al-Ladah, Faisal Abu al-Qumsan, and Ayman al-Jadi.

Video footage posted on social media shows the clearly marked press vehicle mangled and in flames following the attack.



Slain journalist killed while waiting for his child to be born

The satellite channel, in a post on X, said one of the slain journalists – Ayman al-Jadi – was waiting for the birth of his child at the al-Awda Hospital in the Nuseirat refugee camp when he was killed.



Translation: Journalist Ayman al-Jadi was killed when the occupation bombed a car carrying journalists in front of the al-Awda Hospital in the central Gaza Strip, while he was waiting for the birth of his child.
