So, they scrapped the Soviet electronic warfare plane. It may have just outrun its livelyhood, b/c anything generating enough output to jam signals can probably be tracked and have a missle shot at it. Or, it may be too costly to repair with the trade issues that Russia is facing. Either way, it goes the way of history and lives no more except in a book.
