New Lara Croft.
Shes no book smart anymore, she doesn't raid tombs (that's offensive to the people these belonged too, now) (despite the IP's name).
Shes not acrobatic anymore, shes a body builder, that beats up guys with her fists. Shes lesbian (in the tv series), and spends half the show crying about it.  Shes a weak woman (mentally)... who isn't very feminine.

Did you watch the show or only videos complaining about it?  I found her very acrobatic in the show and there really no scenes I remember where she uses brute strength to defeat a Man.  There a boxing match she wins against another female but can't think of a time against a man in the show that she relies on strength instead of other skills.  Personally I think she look feminine in the animation but guess that a matter of preference.  I always liked fit woman which is what I would describe her as but there no universe I would consider Lara Croft body type in the animation a bodybuilder.  Female bodybuilders way more muscular than what laura craft look like in the show.  As for the crying none of it has to do with her sexuality.  Her being a lesbian more hinted at then being direct.

I do find it amusing that the people that been viewing lesbian fan art of Lara Croft for the last decade is probably the same people complaining she might be a lesbian in the show.  By the way Toby the original creator of Tomb Raider is the one that press netflix to make the change so you can't be blaming some consultant firm.  FInally there a few scenes in the show where she figure out stuff with her brain by her vast knowledge of things so I don't think they really changed the fact she book smart and know a lot.

Finally you telling me she dont look acrobatic and skilled with a gun in this scene?  Personally I think she does.
