That my point, you can have pronouns and all the woke stuff in a game as long as you make a good game. The problem is not woke games the problem is bad writing and bad game play. Baldur's Gate 3 is an example of a good game with "woke" stuff in it like pronouns. |
Yeah, Baldur's Gate 3 would be woke as fuck by their same logic but it was also an amazing game so the grifters ignore it because it's almost impossible to attack it, but when a single bad title releases they'll scurry to that one like "See! It failed because woke! It failed because pronouns!" and use that bad title to justify their attempts at removing any sight of this from all videogames.
I've seen so many titles this year be accused of being woke but many of these grifters shut up if the game is loved by the general public or sells a lot because that makes it harder to form a narrative, they'll keep searching until they find a title that is bad for a whole host of reasons and then slap that "WOKE" label on it and then spread that rage over 10 YouTube videos, rile the community up against an imaginary enemy.
Grifted by losers like Grummz who can't release anything of note in over 10 years so his only path to relevancy nowadays is by riling people up and dozens of YouTubers whose career depends on clicks and sadly rage-bait is the best way to achieve that. Not much different than those loser console warriors who pitch gamers against each other, now it has just turned into culture wars.
But hey, it has united some console users, I'm an Xbox fan who has been defending PlayStation more than ever lately, Lmfao.
