Xbox app on PC (while a hundred times better than it was for years) was pretty useless outside of Game Pass because those were the only games it offered. Now adding all games that are on the Xbox console with Xbox features would be a major W in trying to get PC users to the app. Will it be effective? Maybe a little, but it still goes along with the "This is an Xbox" rebranding. Especially with the expanding Play Anywhere program.
