The chief of Olenivka prison colony, Sergey Yevsiukov, responsible for the 2022 massacre of Ukrainian POWs, was killed in a car bomb attack in Donetsk. His wife was severely injured. Yevsiukov faced charges for war crimes, including torture and delaying medical aid to prisoners.
