That's it then, the end of the Assad regime, collapsed in under a few weeks after years of brutal control and Russia's ultimate poster boy fallen.

I'm sad he wasn't captured but not surprised, all these brutal dictators whether it be Assad, Hitler, Putin, etc. They're all fucking cowards in the end, I would want Europe to put diplomatic pressure on UAE to hand Assad over for him to face justice but I know that's unlikely to happen and it's definitely not going to come from America under Trump.

Hope Assad's forces surrender and avoid as much bloodshed as possible, their leader has abandoned them, lay down your arms and don't be stupid.
