The PSP could connect to a TV, does that make it a home console?

Hardstuck, do you think PS5 is a Home Console despite the fact they are selling a handheld version of the system via PSPortal? To me, this sounds a whole lot like PS5 is actly a handheld b/c there exists a handheld SKU.
