The PSP could connect to a TV, does that make it a home console?

PSP output to a TV is more what a SEGA Mega Jet was. Like Nomad it was a Mega Drive in a handheld shape. The difference was it had no screen. It was just a big controller with a cartridge slot. It was meant for Airlines in Japan and was later sold at standard retail Japan only. Tho like Nomad it also had a second controller port.
