I will keep it brief for the games that I am so far behind on.
47 went unguessed. It is Kessen 2. (PS2)
Kessen 2 is the biggest argument against my JRPG only list. It is actually mostly a strategy game. But of course there is leveling when you defeat enemies. You can make a super unit by having them defeat as many units as possible, or you can spread the experience to all the units. Before battle you choose an overall strategy or you give some units better upgrades. In the actual battles you can use skills and magic or just whack at the masses to reduce their morale and combat effectiveness. You can play as Liu Bei or Cao Cao in a unique story, much different from the standard romance of the three kingdoms story. Unfortunately you can't play much with Wu's forces. Overall it is one the games I have replayed the most. A ROTK Kessen sequel never materialized, so this would be your only gateway to a ROTK Kessen game.
45 is also unguessed. It is Final Fantasy Type 0 HD (PS4).
Originally a game for the PSP, this game got a huge update with the PS4. Unlike modern FF, you get a massive party with each character having a unique weapon and taking their names from a deck of cards. It was a fun JRPG with a lot of replayability, as the first arc is very different from subsequent playthroughs. And since there are so many characters you can play with different strategies for each playthrough. The story was cool and it was definitely a solid entry into the FF series.
44 is also unguessed. The Diofield Chronicle (PS4)
Before Unicorn Overlord there was The Diofield Chronicle. While much more simple and brief, The Diofield Chronicle has it owns charms. Best thing about it was the story. In it all the characters have their own motives, and they don't necessarily align with the main character. This type of characterization was refreshing and quite unique compared with most games. This game also seemed to the be the precursor for the map change in FFXVI.
Speaking of 43 is unguessed. It is Unicorn Overlord.
Unicorn Overlord has the advantage in slightly more complicated battle system and a much longer story. The Story itself is standard, but at least later on you can make some unique choices. Systematically clearing the entire game was also quite satisfying. After I beat the story, it was only an hour or 2 for the extras and the platinum. Equipment choices were also a strong point, with many unique strategies being pulled off at once.
That's all for now.
