Since the Switch Lite can be played on a TV, does that make it a home console?

Nintendo masterfully managed to abandon the home console market with Switch (1985-2017). It was, by far, the greatest slight-of-hand the industry has ever seen... but it happened. We now live in a handheld-only Nintendo reality.
