PC just means Personal Computer. Which was a term created to set personal computers apart from minicomputers or mainframes.

A smartphone is a mobile device made for phoning first and formore. Its no computer. Or a PC is a TV dependend on processors or a gamesconsole stuck in a big box. I would never own a PC. I would rather pay 5000€ for an Xbox/ Playstation/ Nintendo system before i would take an expensive PC as a present.
