The PSP could connect to a TV, does that make it a home console?

When the Switch surpasses the PS2 can it be called the best selling home console if the Switch lite isn't really a home console? Can the Switch surpasses the PS2 if we don't count the Switch lite? I'm don't know how much the lite have sold 

This is such a great point, you would need to subtract at least 20 million switches from the number. Also, if it's the different power profiles that mean it's both a console and handheld, would an integrated graphics card become an external one just because it had a higher power profile?
