The PSP could connect to a TV, does that make it a home console?

I'm thinking here, We need to create a new name to list some consoles, just like ps vita can share the image from ps3, ps4, ps portal share ps5, Phones some Xbox games and Wii U gamepad the Wii U games... any idea guys?

PS: If we create this new list Ps Vita will be the number #1 with 220,04M Consoles Solded (Ps Vita + PS3 + PS4).
