In my case:
Worst Story: Guardian's Crusade: The first half of the game I was "WTF am I supposed to do in this game besides babysitting a cute dragon?" (20 hours) I was leveling up, visiting new places and everything. But almost no story... The second half got better but didn't make up.
Best Stroy: Xenogears: This game floors me everytime I play it. The story is so great and on spot everytime :)
