But the games release day one on Gamepass. Not the "pay more to play early" editions but you can also not play them if you buy the standard edition. You obviously won't get the game in Gamepass days before the standard 70€ version releases.

So you shouldn't complain about Gamepass versions releasing too late but about the early versions but even then, you can just wait a few days. The game doesn't run away from you. It sucks that companies use the "weakness" of some people who can't wait to squeeze more money out of them but in the end it won't hurt you.

This is another point where I find it funny to complain about giving people who actually are willing to spend extra money to play a game early. Is it praying on someone to give them the option or is it giving them a choice.  I know I have absolutely no incentive to pay extra money to play any game early but then again, I value my money differently.  The thing is, if there is an audience for such a thing, not catering to that audience is miss money.

To miss money, exactly,  it is not a pro consumer move, not a pro gamepass move, it is a move that is only made to squeeze money from fans who will not feel like it is a choice but an obligation to do so and you may find it funny but I find it a vile businesspractice...  They did it a few times in the past but now it seems to become the norm and this will not be accepted well when those special editions release and people find out it isn't on gamepass...Ofcourse some xbox fans will defend it and say it is okay because EA and Ubisoft do it aswell...  This will also not be beneficial for the reviews or reception of the games because people will be more critically 'I had to pay 100$ for it so yeah'
