Is this the group?
Because Steam lists it as public, which means that you should be able to join by just clicking the Join group.
If that doesn't work, maybe try becoming friend with Raven, the Admin of the group, and ask him for an invitation.

If it is, I'll send you a friend request to see if that helps you join the group.
