Nintendo makes some great games, though they lack a high degree of sympathy. My hope is this lawsuit will reach an early settlement, granting mercy to EGG, and that EGG may use this situation as a learning opportunity. |
They sent several dmca and cease and resists. They tries to get him to stop without any financial penalty. How much more sympathy should they have?
