If one company does not want to offer something that the competition has its not their problem. I mean in Japan PS5 and Switch compete but in the west they don't?! I mean look at movies: It's like saying that in in japan all animated movies compete with Horror, Action and anime, but in europe anime movies are no competition? Only because their biggest audience sits in Japan, where it suddenly is? Or Action movies do not compete with horror movies because of "different audiences"? I don't think so. At the Game Awards there are many cathegories. Many games from many consoles compete with each other. In 2021 Metroid Dread became GOTY if i am not mistaken. There where also games nominated, wich where on Playstation and Xbox. So here these games and systems get compared but here on vgchartz its "forbidden"?
