Lebanon state media report Israeli strike on Baalbek
Lebanese official media have reported an Israeli attack on a house in the main eastern city of Baalbek, which was not preceded by a forced displacement order from Israeli forces.
“Enemy aircraft launched a strike on a house in the al-Laqees neighbourhood” of the city, the National News Agency said.
Lebanon says at least 12 killed in Israeli strike north of Beirut
Lebanon’s Health Ministry says an Israeli strike has killed 12 people, including three children, in the village of Almat, north of Beirut. “The Israeli enemy strike on Almat in the Jbeil district killed 12 people, including three children, in a preliminary toll,” the ministry said in a statement.

At least 20 people, including three children, were killed and six others injured in an Israeli strike on Almat’s Jbeil district in the Mount Lebanon governorate, the Health Ministry says. Crews continue to remove rubble from the site, it added.
Three paramedics killed in Lebanon’s Sidon district: Ministry
An Israeli air raid on a centre affiliated with the Islamic Health Authority’s civil defence team in Adloun, in Lebanon’s Sidon district, killed three paramedics, the country’s Health Ministry has said.
It condemned the attack, calling the targeting of paramedics an “Israeli war crime”, which adds to the “violence and inhumanity” of the ongoing war.
Brunt of Israel’s war in Lebanon being borne by civilians
Jbeil is near the historic town of Byblos – northeast of Beirut. This is only the second time that it’s been attacked. Widespread devastation is taking place – 20 people killed, including at least three children.
And just about 40 minutes after that, an attack in Sidon, where three people were killed. This has been happening across Lebanon – not confined to the south or Beirut’s southern suburbs.
Southern Lebanon, in particular, continues to be pounded by Israeli artillery strikes from the north. It’s very clear now that the brunt of the devastation that has taken place, either in the south or across other parts of Lebanon, is being borne by civilians.
Death toll in Israeli raid on Lebanon’s Almat rises to 23
Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health says the Israeli raid on Almat in Lebanon’s Mount Lebanon governorate has killed 23 people, including seven children. The ministry added that the death toll is likely to climb. Another six people have been wounded in the attack.
Three people were also killed and two others wounded in an Israeli strike on Mashghara in the western part of Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley late on Saturday, while one person was killed and four others injured in a strike on Sahmar, also in western Bekaa, that occurred the same night, the health ministry said.

Hezbollah claims several attacks on Israeli targets
The Lebanese armed group says it targeted the Avital site – in the occupied Golan Heights in Syria – with missiles, describing it as “a technical and electronic reconnaissance centre”. Hezbollah said its fighters also targeted a gathering of Israeli forces in Kahil Heights on the eastern outskirts of the southern Lebanese town of Maroun al-Ras.
More than 50 killed in Lebanon in one day
At least 53 people were killed across Lebanon in Israeli attacks on Saturday, the country’s Health Ministry says. The death toll has now climbed to 3,186 with 14,078 wounded since attacks between Hezbollah and Israel started more than a year ago.
