| The Ghost of RubangB said: Global warming involves some areas getting hotter and some areas getting colder, and lots of madness in between as all the ocean currents change as the ice caps melt, changing weather patterns all over the world. The average temperature of the planet is increasing right now, hence the name, but many places will get frozen by new ice-water currents coming from the melting caps. |
If I remember correctly, there are usually 20-30 year periods of the planet getting hotter then colder then hotter again then colder again.
It has something to due with the ocean currents changing.
I think we are just in the heating portion of the period.
