I think a candidate who appealed to the working class and was different enough from Biden could have won. Essentially an entirely different candidate ideologically.
But regardless, the fact that they were initially fine with running Biden knowing these internal polls existed, and it took Nancy Pelosi to convince him to quit is disgusting, irresponsible, and just shows how unserious the party is.
It's bad enough Trump will have a trifecta, but to almost give him super-majorities.
