Going with a 4K panel at 27" may be counterproductive. The pixels will be so small that you may have troubles reading any text, forcing you to either increase the text size or change the scale to be able to read, neglecting the benefits of going with that resolution.
As the others have said, 1440p should be your better option.
Believe it or not, you'll be hard pressed to find a 27" 1440p monitor that "only" does 60Hz, with most of them going already with at the very least 100Hz, if not 144 or 165Hz.
If contrast is your main priority, you'd need to check the type of panel it uses, with VA offering much better contrast than the other popular option, IPS, tho the later has better colours. It's a bit of a trade off.
If you want to get a better idea, there are still sites that review them, but I think rtings.com is your best choice as they review not only high end stuff, but also cheaper stuff. Also, they test them for office use and gaming, including console gaming, and has guides to help you, like the recently updated The 5 Best Budget And Cheap Gaming Monitors - Fall 2024.
