Two thoughts from me:

1. The Dems can get some revenge 2 years from now, in the mid-terms. Cue Pi-guy to start a "2026 US Mid-term Election" thread.

2. I see the early picks for the 2028 race to be between Gavin Newsom and JD Vance. Shout out to Chr, what do your sources say? It is early, I know.
