But Harris didn't connect with middle America*
*Doesn't elaborate on what she could have done, ignores what she did do, ignores that Trump didn't even try either.
I swear a huge portion of Harris campaign was about the economy and how she will improve things. There was next to no "LGBTQ" stuff in Harris campaign, there was nothing about her "being a woman" either. They spoke about the border, maybe too late, but what should Harris have said then with it being too late? We'll round up the immigrants and execute them? Her border policy already moved notably to the right and Trump's immigrant rhetoric was extremist.
Only thing I can really get behind is that they should have ran someone different like Shapiro, disconnected from the Biden admin.
3) Running an administration, or someone tied to it, with a 60% disapproval rating was stupid
This also applies to Pete...Who rightly or wrongly, has also received a lot of criticism in his Transportation Secretary role, I haven't delved into the specifics to determine whether the criticism is justified but even I saw it over the years and as evidenced by this election, it wouldn't have mattered if it was Pete's fault or not, as long as they can say "Hey, Pete was Transport Sect when this happened, bad Pete"
