Civilisation pretty much dominates its genre and many others have tried and failed to get into its market, Ara joins the long list but nobody was saying it was going to kill Civilisation. Anyway, I knew it was out because this is an Xbox news thread...Pretty sure most people here knew it was out. It got decent marketing for what it was but it underperformed both critically and commercially.
