I'm pretty sure they did. Majority of the execs at the ABK holdings company itself were laid off earlier this year with those positions integrated into Xbox itself. And they always make it a habit to never include Activision and Blizzard right after the other.
Like, "you'll see games from our internal studios at Activision, Bethesda, Blizzard, and Xbox Game Studios." They intentionally separate them now. I don't recall the last time anyone said "Activision Blizzard" and it seems like it's because they separated them.
