1. is most likely GT7, last I checked it was at over 670 hours.
2. likely Puzzling Places, was at 173 hours.
3. Not sure, either RE8, CyubeVR or Horizon FW.
My most played game on PlayStation of all time is GT Sport, 3,937 hours logged driving time. (That's not counting making liveries, upgrading cars etc) A lot of that is from being stuck at home with a dislocated rib.
Minecraft is second most hours spend on all time on Playstation.
GT5 likely third.
