Hard to say because practically all the PS4 games I've played have native PS5 remasters 
BUT, I'll have to say the Wipeout Omega Collection. My favorite PlayStation franchise that is a great sunset on a great franchise. Gorgeous visuals, banging soundtrack, high octane speed and action, all while having pitch perfect performance. RIP to Wipeout.
