Will literally skip BO6 on that reason alone if it works like that.

One of the worst decision made by Activision was to regroup all Call Of Duty games in one "game" called "Call Of Duty" since MW2.
Wich mean that now, achivements of MW2 and MW3 are regroup in the "game" Call Of Duty".

How to make the difference ?

The name of the game is in the name of the achivement (Sorry for the french :P )...

I don't know how they will handle Black Ops 6, but i'm afraid it will be "BO6 - Hello World !"

Dumb as fuck but how does it look on TrueAchievements? I assume if I only start BO6 it will only be a completion % out of that /1000 for BO6 and not the full 3000G for all 3 titles? I don't want to play a game only for it to add an extra 2000G which crashes my completion % because they're games that I have no interest in playing, Lol.
