I don't think Iran would send soldiers though because their citizens hate the regime and I don't believe it would take much to topple Iran into a full blown civil war, they don't have the same stranglehold on their citizens like North Korea does, likewise with Belarus. Having said that, if Iran did send troops to Ukraine and Belarus invaded Ukraine, not like NATO would do a thing about it.
