Windows 10 support ends on October 14, 2025.

Pretty impressive that Windows 10 had 10 years of mainstream support. I don't think MS has ever provided mainstream support for this long. 6 years of mainstream support for Windows was pretty standard. Fuck MS for charging for extended W10 security support till 2028. 

Unless you're going to the sketchiest of websites, this really isn't that big of a deal if you're primarily going to be gaming. The OS isn't going to just stop working. I use Windows 11 for work, and I don't notice anything inherently wrong with the OS from a functional perspective. But, I still have Windows 10 on my home gaming rig, so I haven't been able to test out W11 for gaming.

I don't plan on upgrading though. I really like W10 lol. Plus I still have my concerns about features like Recall.
