The significant jumps will be in VR. There's plenty room to catch up there.
As for the PS5 Pro on TV, the most simple use case is running fidelity mode graphics in performance mode frame rates.
There's still plenty other stuff to improve, physics, ray tracing, volumetric water / fog, destructible / interactive terrain. I'm glad we're reaching the end of resolution upgrades, maybe finally devs can start focusing on interactivity again.
