The French have done the basics:
– Reduced bureaucracy as much as possible;
- Developed a short and effective programme;
- Immediately enrolled people for training; - did not f*ck with the language (i.e. they did not look for excuses);
There was no language issue at all, everyone who could speak and understand English immediately started training, the pilots were selected with good knowledge, but for some reason the French are the ones who teach people, while some only raise the bar and stall.
