Maybe it's just how things seem to me personally, but it feels like things are so polarized right now that it's hard to feel worth comparing candidates.
Like if there's a poll that says "burn down grandma's house" and "ask grandma to make cookies", it doesn't feel like it's worth discussing the merits of burning down grandma's house.
It doesn't feel like there's a lot to talk about, unless there are some surprises.
It would still be nice to be able to discuss the merits/deficits of specific policy. This is probably my own deficit, I'm not sure there's a lot of specific policy to talk about. I know there's stuff the Child Tax Credit and Earned Income Tax Credit that Kamala has. I don't know if there's much in the way of details for most policy proposals though.
