Ahh, so if Trump wins, Orban will continue to block EU aid to Ukraine and Trump will block military aid to Ukraine, if Trump loses then Orban will cave under the pressure of being alone, got it. So basically, Orban and Trump are coordinating for Ukraine's defeat.

Apparently, the EU is looking for a way to circumvent it through some other payment system that only needs a qualified majority, so Hungary can't block it
