Alright, so I did a bit of research. It turns out that yes, you do get a penalty if someone kicks/bans you from their server. That really sucks because the host has complete discression to kick people on a whim. There is nothing you can do about it, other then sticking to official servers. They have SCEA in their names or are blue, ask Dawve. They will only kick you for teamkilling.
Anyways, when you have Warhawk questions, feel free to post them in the Warhawk league thread. It will get more exposure to people who actually know warhawk.
