Eve has several in-game body models depending on the outfit.

Some are a close match to Shin Jae-eun's body proportions, some are a bit... souped-up.

I can't imagine they changed the character model based on the outfit. That would be an insane amount of extra work. Though they may have added "padding" or things of that nature to the outfits to make her model look different in those outfits.
